Halloween Brownie Mix Cookies

These are super easy homemade cookies that you can make in a snap!  You can add nuts or chocolate chips to make the cookies more special. But since it is halloween month, I used halloween sprinkles to decorate the cookies. The cookies were delicious, soft and chewy. I just used a convection toaster oven in baking them.

Brownie Mix Cookies
1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies (or any brownie mix you prefer)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
2 eggs
sprinkles

Preheat oven to 200˚C. In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, oil and eggs and blend thoroughly.  Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets.  Top with sprinkles then bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are just set. Transfer cookies to a rack to cool.

Epic fail! Because I used a small baking pan, the  first batch of cookies spread while baking and fused together. I just used a cookie cutter to remedy the situation.

They came out nicely!

Next time I will use an ice cream scoop for a uniformly sized cookies.

Trick or treat?

Happy Halloween!

Want some?

Did you mean for the brownies to be cookies? Kasi soft-baked nga ang labas niyan. Pero I am sure masarap pa rin.

Pede ba i-send mo sa akin yung boxtop? May contest kasi sa school namin, paramihan ng box tops na makokolekta hehehe!

So excited for Halloween! Got me some ready decorative cupcakes that I just can't wait to bake. Anyway, The family loves brownies so much and this could be a really great idea on top of my spooky cupcakes recipe.

I reckon they're more Halloween-ish by not being uniformly-sized. Adorable stuff, as always.
