Balsa sa Niugan Floating Restaurant

Two of my friends celebrated their birthdays at Balsa sa Niugan,Malabon. The place was a traditional fishpond converted into a floating restaurant. We ordered lots of food but we weren't able to finish all of them. It was a good thing the Crispy Pata and Tempura were not available at that time because the food we ordered were more than enough for seven people. We didn't order for dessert since our male friend brought a cake from Goldilocks.

Maganda itong restaurant na ito. I think na mas OK sana kung malinis-linis yung tubig sa ilalim ng Balsa.

Kahiya ako hehehe...taga caloocan ako pero never been to that place...mukhang OK sya noh sis...parang maiba namans a ambiance ng mall..

I remember those days,,,naalala ko nga nung bata pa kayo nuon....ang sarap alalahanin na kahit na magulo pa nuon ang paligid sa ating lugar, our family are one of the few na nagvalue ng education ang mga anak...

I was just thinking about this the other day because I was telling my husband about it. Is this the one where you can fetch your fish in the pond and then cook it fresh or something? This is a beautiful, beautiful place! And the food looks delicious! Yummy. :)

Wow, this reminds me of a resto we used to visit "kamayan sa palaisdaan". Tandaan ko ito para pag uwi namin try din namin. Yummy naman ng mga food =)

May ganito rin sa Davao....floating resto, pero hindi pa ako naka-try. Meron daw silang sineserve na crocodile barbecue and sisig.

Visit this place. The neighborhood is great. I grew up there. I'm in LA now for 25 years. I will sure come back and visit this place when I come home.
