Penne pasta in creamy white sauce

I would always cook without measuring. I just let my taste buds be the judge! kenyit Here are the ingredients for this pasta: penne pasta, ham, salami, all purpose cream, shitake mushroom, butter, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, 3 cheeses ( cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan cheese).

Saute diced ham and salami in butter, remove and set aside. Add some water to the pan and put the 3 cheeses. Stir until melted. Add the all purpose cream and bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Add the pre boiled pasta, shitake mushroom, ham, salami and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. You can add more butter if you want. Top with grated parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve and enjoy!!
